Mechanically (absolute barrier)
In this process we additionally install an insulating bitumen layer in the masonry using a specially designed and manufactured tool. The bitumen sheet can be connected to a horizontal or vertical sealing layer. This results in a completely dense “black tank”.

Electroosmotic dehumidification technology
The heating rods developed by us are placed in the wall masonry. Due to the work of a heating element for 10-20 days, it is possible to reduce the level of residual moisture of the wall below 20%.
Vacuum method
When using the patented method of vacuum drying of walls, it is possible to reduce the level of residual moisture of the wall below 20%. In this case, there is no need to remove the plaster.
In case of a static need to increase the strength of the masonry compression, it is possible to apply special resins or cement under pressure in accordance with static calculations.
If there is no chance to stop the penetration of moisture from the outside, this method contributes to successful elimination of moisture from the inside. Vertical waterproofing by welding or shotcrete method is used here. The connection is produced by guniting reinforcement rods.
